The breakfast buffet stood out, featuring a remarkable array of dishes from French croissants to traditional Filipino selections, ensuring a delightful start to each day. This was complemented by attentive service from the staff, who consistently went the extra mile, creating an atmosphere of genuine hospitality. While the outdoor swimming pool and garden area provided a refreshing escape, the bar selection was notably limited, which may be a drawback for some. Smoking is permitted only in the parking area, which could pose an inconvenience to smokers seeking a relaxing atmosphere. My experience at Holiday Inn Cebu City was rewarding. With a strategic location, excellent housekeeping, and dedicated staff, it offers great value without sacrificing comfort. I highly recommend considering this option for those seeking both quality and affordability.
